Professor Joleen Voss-Rodriguez
Welcome! I am a mother of three, a professor, and an artist. I started my career working with children in preschool and after care settings while I was an undergraduate student. I have been a Professor of Child Development in Los Angeles since 1999. I have actively promoted progressive, relationship-based teaching practices within my community. I developed and taught a variety of college courses including, “Introduction to the Reggio Emilia Approach” and “Art in Early Childhood Education.” I have also taught the core child development courses leading to teacher credentialing in California. I am also an author and curriculum developer for Exchange Magazine.
